- We endeavor to appropriately protect the information regarding the customer individuals (it means private information) to be handled based on internal corporate regulation and .served organizational system.
- When we obtain private information, we inform the purposes and the window of us for the customer, and fetch the information to the extent necessary.
- We utilize private information in the extent of the purpose, manage the information with appropriate method, and do not disclose and provide the information to other than the third party that the customer accepts when it is based on law or the case where there is a special circumstance is excluded.
- We maintain private information in accurate and timely information, and take measure against illegality access, loss, destruction, falsification and leakage etc. to private information.
- When we entrust handling the private information to outside, we require of contract and execute appropriate management in order not to do leakage and re-offer.
- Based on “privacy policy”, we execute proper education for our employees to complete protection consciousness of private information.
- We comply with the law, guideline, and other standards in regard to the handling of private information. In addition, we review the policy in the above-mentioned each section, and keep improving.
