・The MicraTherm is based upon the principles of the RotaTherm, with using the same Direct Steam Injectors and Rotor. The MicraTherm is an excellent tool for product development for the RotaTherm.
・The MicraTherm can blend （mix/shear） and cook. It has a flexibility in blend and shear settings, as well as the heating which allows the MicraTherm to perform P&D activities over a wide range of products, viscosities and processing parameters in cooking cycles of 2-3kilograms.
